London Barre, Roslyn

A cozy black and white themed studio, London Barre opened its doors in April right on the Roslyn waterfront. The barre studio starts each class with a choreographed warmup designed to work ligaments, joints and muscles. Participants then move to the ballet barre where they hold on and work their thighs. They also lay on the floor with their toes tucked under the barre to work the core. All this is done with energetic music playing in the background.
