On December 8, more than 300 guests gathered at Temple Sinai in Roslyn for the annual Go With Courage Holiday Shopping Event. Special guest speaker, celebrity stylist Carson Kressley, delivered a fun speech inspired by his new book, Does This Book Make My Butt Look Big? He met with guests, signed copies of his book and held a quick meet-and-greet and photo op. The event included raffles, a silent auction and 25 vendors selling their merchandise, with 20 percent of pre-tax sales going back to Go With Courage. The charity, which primarily funds breast and pancreatic cancer research, in addition to supporting affected families through its children’s program, “We’ve Got Your Back” at the Sid Jacobson Jewish Community Center, raised $46,000.
