What: Earth Day 5k Green Tour
Where: Various Manhattan locations
When: Friday, April 20, 10am-1pm
Why Go: Get outside to celebrate Earth Day by joining this year’s 5k Green Tour. You will travel from site to site and learn about what each group is doing to help make the city green. Those include a living green wall, a Broadway theater that’s going green, a solar energy tutorial and a planting activity with sustainable beauty brand Innisfree. What: Spring Beer Festival
Where: Metropolitan Pavilion (125 W 18th Street)
When: Friday, April 20-Satuday, April 21
Why Go: Sample 150 craft beers and enjoy delicious food provided by local restaurants at this year’s NYC Craft Beer Festival. General admission gives you access to all the beers, craft spirits tasting and retail shopping. There is also a VIP option, which gives you access to all the general admission activities, as well as exclusive activities including a bloody mary bar, an extra limited selection of rare and first release beers, lounge seating and waitstaff. What: The NYC Hot Sauce Expo
Where: Brooklyn Expo Center (79 Franklin Street)
When: Saturday, April 21-Sunday, April 22, 10am-6pm
Why Go: This sixth annual two-day event for all things spicy is back. It features unlimited samples of over 50 handpicked craft hot sauce makers from around the world, as well as the “Stage of Doom” where showcases and competitions take place throughout the day. Expect to witness the Guinness Book of World Records Carolina Reaper Pepper Eating Contest, the Booze and Infuse Cocktail Competition and a Chihuahua Beauty Pageant. What: Stars on Ice
Where: Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum & Exhibition Center (1255 Hempstead Turnpike)
When: Saturday, April 21, 7:30pm

What: TUSK: A Fleetwood Mac Tribute
Where: Bay Street Theater and Sag Harbor Center for the Arts (1 Bay Street)
When: Saturday, April 21, 8pm
Why Go: The Fleetwood Mac story is an episodic saga that spans over 30 years. TUSK covers all of Fleetwood Mac’s greatest hits, including “Landslide,” “Go Your Own Way” and “Rhiannon.” Tickets are $35 for advanced purchase or $45 at the door. Click to go

What: Spring Festival
Where: Nsecc on the grounds of St. Mary’s Church (440 Round Hill Road)
When: Saturday, April 21, 11am-2pm
Why Go: People of all ages are encouraged to come celebrate spring at this family-friendly event. Guests will enjoy an afternoon of food, music and arts. The action will include a Star Wars Jedi training and show, live bands, art activities, both an outdoor and indoor playground and raffles. Tickets are just $5 and children one and under are free. What: Comedy Night at Zan’s
