Harvest season is in full swing on the North Fork. Diliberto Winery (250 Manor Lane, Jamesport, NY 11947 dilibertowinery.com 631.722.3416) is celebrating last’s years yield with a special wine and chocolate pairing. On Saturday, November 15 and Sunday, November 16, the vineyard will offer tastings of the three newly released 2013 red wines paired with Vosges gourmet chocolate bars.

The newly released wines include the TRE (65% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc), Cantina (50% Merlot, 50% Cabernet Franc), and Merlot – all from the 2013 vintage. Owner and vintner Salvatore Diliberto has matched each of these wines with a delicious mini chocolate bar by the international chocolatier Katrina Markoff of Vosges. The pairing is $25 per person.
