Celebrate Cinco de Mayo on May 5th, 2017 at one of Long Island’s most vibrant, social and delicious destinations, modern Mexican restaurant Union Cantina. This popular eatery, designed by Southampton Social Club owners Ian Duke and David Hilty, sits in the iconic Bowden Square and is open all year-round. With Duke and Hilty working alongside award-winning Executive Chef Scott Kampf, who has been featured on Food Network’s Iron Chefs of America, the trio continues to bring innovative Mexican cuisine to Southampton throughout the year.
This Cinco de Mayo, Union Cantina will be offering an array of delicacies for the evening’s festivities. During Happy Hour (from 4pm-7pm), complimentary passed hors d’oeuvres will be served, along with a variety of drink specials on offer, while diners are entertained by live music in the bar area. The drink specials will offer not only a discounted price, but be featuring a slew of Union Cantina’s new summer cocktails. During dinner service, in addition to offering guests a sneak peek at some new summer menu dishes, Union Cantina will be offering a special three course dinner prix-fixe menu during the entire week of Cinco de Mayo (April 30, 2017 – May 6, 2017).
