The contemporary American fare with Mediterranean, Italian and Asian influences, complemented by attentive service, keeps Hamptons locals, visitors and celebrities frequenting the East End hotspot. Classic menu items include the smoke salmon platter for brunch and the marinated portobello & vegetable salad with mixed greens and a balsamic vinaigrette for lunch. Select a cornmeal crusted soft shell crab served with a side of mixed berries, baby arugula and tossed with raspberry balsamic vinaigrette from the dinner menu.
