Bobby Van’s Steakhouse’s Central Park South location epitomizes the dining room with a view. The meal begins with a selection of appetizers including butternut squash soup with crème fraiche; an autumn salad with greens, craisins, and goat cheese raspberry vinaigrette; or baby kale bresaola with kale cured meat figs, pecorino pisatchios, and citrus dressing. The entrée selection consists of Thanksgiving favorites, including a traditional turkey dinner; oven roasted bronzini with fingerling potatoes and broccoli rabe; and slow roasted prime rib au jus with haricot vert and horseradish. The meal concludes with desserts including apple pie with pumpkin gelato, New York cheesecake, and chocolate mousse.
