Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Hush Bistro

Executive Chef Marc Anthony Bynum of Hush Bistro has announced he will celebrate Valentine’s Day from Friday, February 10 through Tuesday, February 14 with a four-course tasting menu. Seating’s will begin at 5 p.m. and continue until 9 p.m. Cost for the tasting menu will be $75 or $100 with wine pairing, plus tax and gratuity. Menu selections, subject to change, includes:

Smoked salmon everything bagel crumb, labna, dill, rye, foie flan, granny smith apple, pink peppercorn, hazelnut, oyster, fingerlime, charred scallion oil

Winter Green Salad
Yellow beets, tarragon, glice, candy cane, whipped Feta

Cavatelli Braised Boar
Fennel, watercress, potato, mushroom, thyme dashi, maitaki, potato web

Chicken Confit
