Guy Reuge, Executive Chef of Mirabelle Restaurant and Mirabelle Tavern is celebrating the release of his new autographical cookbook, “A Chef’s Odyssey” with a special book signing and prix fixe dinner on Thursday, October 20th at 7 p.m. Chef Guy will be present to visit with guests and sign copies of the new cookbook. The four-course menu will highlight a selection of his classics. Cost is $110 per person and includes a copy of “A Chef’s Odyssey” and dinner.
