Cove Animal Rescue (CAR) will hold its second annual spring gala Thursday, May 12 th at Bayville’s Crescent Beach Club (333 Bayville Ave.) with its gorgeous views of Long Island Sound. Enjoy an evening of entertainment with an open-bar cocktail hour, from 6pm to 7pm, followed by dinner, a silent auction and dancing to a nine-piece band. Proceeds from the gala directly support Cove Animal Rescue’s mission of providing a healthy, safe environment for homeless cats and dogs and placing them in suitable adoptive homes.
