Dante, the iconic West Village cafe with an award winning bar program, is heading East! From June 23rd to the 25th, Highway Restaurant & Bar will be transformed by Dante’s Summer of Spritz pop-up. The special menu, available Friday through Sunday starting at 4 pm, will include exclusively curated cocktails from Dante. Expect Dante classics as well as new, unique variations of the Aperol Spritz. Highlights are Dante’s famous Negroni and the Sgroppino Spritz – a refreshing sorbet drink topped with sparkling rosé and made in collaboration with OddFellows Ice Cream Co.
