Celebrate Easter Sunday with family and friends out East! On April 1st from 11-5PM, Highway Restaurant & Bar is welcoming springtime with a specialty a la carte brunch menu utilizing fresh, seasonal ingredients. Easter highlights from Executive Chef Justin Finney will include lobster avocado toast, squid ink rigatoni, and the three variations of eggs benedict. Dishes can be accompanied by vibrant spring cocktails such as the Pear Necessity with Tito’s, pear butter, ginger, lemon and black walnut bitters. Mocktails, beer, and wine will also be available.
