Hamptons fave, Highway Restaurant & Bar is offering a lovely Easter Sunday Brunch out East.
The specialty menu from Executive Chef Anand Sastry is available from 11am to 4:30pm on April 16, and showcases fresh, seasonal ingredients in a sophisticated environment that is ideal for the Easter occasion. Highlights include Norwegian Smoked Salmon Board with pickles and toasted pumpernickel, Rack of Lamb with mint tahina and spring pea quinoa, Fluffy French Toast with Vermont maple syrup, and cocktails such as ‘The Shaddock’– Fords gin, aperol, st germain, lemon.
In addition, Chef Sastry a trained chocolatier, will prepare delectable handmade chocolate bunnies for $25 each.
