Highway Restaurant & Bar is bringing back their popular Asian themed menu for 2018! On Thursday, January 25th, they will showcase a specialty menu centered around the art of Asian cooking. Chef Justin Finney will prepare fresh new creations that have been inspired by Thai, Singaporean, and Chinese influences amongst others. Diners can choose between a $39 per person three-course prix fixe, or a la carte options. Highlights include Steamed Pork Buns with spicy red cabbage slaw, Crispy Long Island Duck with hoisin sauce and moo shu pancakes, and Singapore noodles. A curated cocktail menu has also been devised with Asian flavors in mind.
