As we head into fall, celebrated East Hampton eatery, Highway Restaurant & Bar, will be bringing back an Asian themed menu. Starting in November, they will be offering a bi-monthly specialty menu centered around the art of Asian cuisine. On Thursday, November 16th and Thursday, November 30th; Executive Chef Anand Sastry will showcase his fresh new creations that have been inspired by Thai, Singaporean, and Chinese influences amongst others. Diners can choose between a $39/person three course prix fixe, or a la carte options. Highlights include Thai Jungle Soup with chicken, shrimp, galangal, and lemongrass, Crispy Long Island Duck with hoisin sauce and moo shu pancakes, and Singapore noodles.
