Flight is introducing “BEFORE FOUR” Las Vegas style brunch. The launch is Sunday, February 19th, 2017 starting at 11:00am and lasting until 4pm. This will be your new Sunday Funday party experience, guaranteed.
Head Chef, Jason Tepper, has a versatile background as an executive chef in Miami and Las Vegas — having worked under Celebrity Reality Chef, “Vic Vegas” he worked his way up from Corporate Executive Chef of the Siegel Group to eventually becoming Vic Vegas’ go to executive for opening up restaurants. Jason Tepper is no stranger to Long Island. He was a graduate of Bayport-Blue Point High School in 1997 and went on to study Culinary Arts at prestigious Johnson & Whales University in Rhode Island. Jason first made his start in Patchogue as a dishwasher at The Brick House Brewery and eventually became their executive chef before starting his journey down South and out West.
After a serendiptious meeting between Jason Tepper and partner of Flight, James Bonanno, his story has come back full circle. Jason Tepper is back in Patchogue and ready to showcase what he has learned throughout his tenure in Las Vegas with the infamous Las Vegas style brunch.
BEFORE FOUR is all about the party scene. It’s the hangover after the hangover. DJ Richie Luchese will be spinning only the hottest mixes. Expect bottle service, cocktail service, undeniable Bloody Mary’s & Mimosas, and Flight’s original sharing style dishes.
Patchogue has never seen a Las Vegas brunch like the one being presented by Flight. It will literally be the new hot-spot on Sundays.
