In celebration of National Physical Fitness and Sports month in May, we will be hosting FREE barre fitness workshops for the entire month.
This offer applies to all members and visitors for an intense program that combines classical ballet movement with resistance, flexibility, and strength training in an environment that is nothing less than inspiring. Results are guaranteed after just 2 weeks of training with us!
