Sub Zero Ice Cream, an international ice cream franchise, opened its flagship New York location in Patchogue, NY on July 1, 2016. In honor of the opening, Sub Zero will host a Grand Opening Celebration on Tuesday, August 2 and will offer one free small Italian Ice to each guest who visits between noon and 5 p.m. Almost fifty different flavors are available, alongside 20-plus ‘mix-ins’ and eight different toppings.

The Sub Zero concept serves up gourmet, custom-made ice cream that is made-to-order. The guest selects the ingredients and the mixture is rapidly frozen with liquid nitrogen. The patented process and deep freeze technique ensures that milk molecules remain small and that water particles do not expand into ice crystals, allowing for smooth and creamy results. The variety of ingredients and combinations available, accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies and lifestyle choices. Prices begin at $3.99, plus tax.
