Join Monsoon: Steak & Sushi as they welcome Executive Chef Edward Villatoro of Tellers: An American Chophouse, the Islip steakhouse also owned by Bohlsen Restaurant Group. Chef Villatoro will join Monsoon’s Executive Chef Michael Wilson and his culinary team in the kitchen for Guest Chef Night, featuring a special collaborative menu the two worked hand and hand to create.

Villatoro will not be riding solo for his big night at Monsoon, he will be joined by Tellers General Manager Frank Ferraro and Banquet Manager Lisa Factor.
