Inspired by the rural string bands of the early 20th century, the Homegrown String Band performs at the library. This 21st century incarnation of the traditional family band utilizes unique instrumentation including the fiddle, dulcimer, mandolin, banjo-ukulele, jaw harp, doumbek and more to put their own stamp on the classics of rural American music. For additional information please contact the library at or visit our website.
