“John Perreault: Maps” will be at Gallery 125, Bellport, N.Y. July 17 to Aug. 17, 2014. The reception is Saturday, July 19, from 5-7 p.m., during which the artist will premiere Handshake, a performance.

“Maps” is Perreault’s second solo exhibition at Gallery 125. He is a founding member of the Bellport Horizontalists and is also a well-known art critic and poet. “Maps” is the first sampling of the full range of the paintings in his Map Series.
