The East Hampton Aviation Association has announced they will host a “Just Plane Fun Day” at the East Hampton Airport on Saturday, September 9 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The day of fun will feature classic and unique aircraft, vintage warbirds, military flybys and demos and food from gourmet food trucks including: Noah’s on the Road, Blondies Bake Shop, Eat Me Drink Me and more. A concurrent vintage car show will be available for guests to view and will display models from the 1920’s through the 1990’s. Raffles will be available for purchase and guests will have a chance at winning aviation-related prizes. Admission and parking are free and Sunday, September 10 will be reserved as a rain date.
