Tuesdays, February 28 through May 2

Girls ages 8-12 will explore issues they care about by creating dance-theater pieces through journaling, movement, text and choreography. The girls will hold an open- to- the- public performance share of their works- in- progress at the end of the ten sessions. These workshops are process oriented and focused on empowering each participant’s authenticity through creative exploration. Utilizing journaling, body awareness, movement, theater improv, communication skill building and directing, girls from all walks of life journey into self-awareness while building character in the understanding of others.
