Nationally-renowned activist Jamia Wilson has been invited to SUNY Old Westbury to host a presentation on “Media, Sex, and Power: Next Generation Feminism and Cultural Change” Wilson has been a powerful force in the social justice movement for nearly a decade, strengthening the health of youth and young adults, working on advancements through technology, and advocating for gender justice in media.
