The LIVE from SAC concert series continues with the return of Natu Camara. He will be joined on stage by Kora player Salieu Suso, together forming a music collective rooted in the funk and groove tradition. Since their collaboration began in 2014, Camara and Suso have performed together with great success, constantly evolving their eclectic musical vocabulary. Their performance at Southampton Arts Center will be a unique experience and an opportunity for the local community to hear authentic world music, storytelling, and funky grooves.
Dan Lauter on saxophone, Stan Wright on bass and Claes Brondal on drums will join Camara and Suso on the SAC stage also.
