Maxwell’s, located in the heart of Islip on Main Street, is hosting a Blue Point Brewing Co. pairing dinner on Tuesday, October 3 beginning at 6 p.m. The night will feature six-courses, paired with craft beers, with acoustic tunes by Joey Soul O. Cost is $50 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The menu, subject to change, includes:
