Join us every Monday at 9.30 am as Julie Sacks of Live Your Vie guides guests through an inspiring and relaxing 30-minute meditation tour through the galleries, focusing on particular works/artists each week.
Attendees will walk around the galleries before the Museum opens to the public and enjoy the beauty and peacefulness while looking at works of art. The group will then come together for a 15 minute seated meditation where they will be asked to gaze inside (the chitta Kash = mindspace) to see the work that they best connected with emotionally and moved them in a positive way.
