Join us every other Sunday from July 10 through September 4 at 11 am for peaceful meditation. Julie will guide guests through an inspiring and relaxing 15-minute seated meditation where attendees will be asked to gaze inside (the chitta Kash = mindspace). Guests will leave feeling grounded, energized and inspired for the day/week ahead. This meditation is suitable for all levels, beginners through advanced. A warm, friendly and enriching environment is cultivated in the class.
