Mother’s Day Grand Buffet at The Three Village Inn

Mirabelle Restaurant and Mirabelle Tavern at the Three Village Inn, will serve a special grand buffet in celebration of Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 8th from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Cost is $49 per person and half-price for children 10-and-under, plus tax and gratuity. Menu, subject to change, will include:

Cold Display
Raw bar – shrimp, clams and oysters
Assorted dipping sauces – deviled eggs – Artisan cheeses and charcuterie

Salads and Soup
Maine Lobster and potato salad – classic Caesar salad – beet, watermelon and jicama salad – wild mushroom, chick pea and baby artichoke salad – baby arugula and shaved Parmesan salad, simple vinaigrette – lobster bisque soup

Carving Station
Prime rib of beef, red wine bordelaise – roasted leg of lamb, mint sauce –rack of Berkshire pork, plum marmalade – smoked steamship ham, wholegrain mustard

Chafing Dishes
Duck confit, raspberry Chambord – shrimp, lobster and scallop vol au vent – eggplant rollatini –
Herb-crusted salmon, white wine lemon butter sauce – butternut squash ravioli, sage cream sauce

Traditional Sides
Carrot and green bean casserole – saffron roasted potatoes – whipped creamer potatoes

Brunch Station
From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
