A Johnson and Wales Culinary School graduate, Paulina has worked in the kitchens of some great NYC restaurants, and most recently worked at Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton. You may also enjoy complimentary tastings of what she whips up! Demo and tasting is from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at our retail location in Cutchogue, right off of Cox Lane.
