LongHouse Reserve in East Hampton is hosting “Nature’s Music,” a very special program designed to introduce children ages 16 months to 4 years to music in a natural setting. Held on the LongHouse grounds, this six week parent-child program starts on Tuesday, July 11, and runs for six weeks of Tuesdays, through August 15, from 10 a.m. to 11:20 a.m.
Celebrating a different theme each week—including trees, insects, weather, water, flowers and more—we will sing, dance, move, play instruments and engage in imaginative storytelling, crafts and musical games while exploring the environment that surrounds us. Fostering a lifelong love of music and nature, the classes will also encourage the special bond that comes from experiencing the beauty of LongHouse Reserve. Cost is $360 per child, and $345 for LongHouse members. Spaces are limited and reservations are required. Learn more at https://www.longhouse.org/pages/natures-music-program-for-children
