Executive Chef Marc Anthony Bynum of Hush Bistro has announced he will host a New Year’s Eve Gala on Saturday, December 31. Seating’s will begin at 5 p.m. and continue until 9 p.m. Chef Marc Anthony Bynum will create a tasting menu made of locally sourced ingredients and diners may choose from a four-course tasting menu available for $85 or a six-course tasting menu for $125, plus tax and gratuity. Diners may add a bottle of champagne to either tasting menus for an additional $30. Menu selections, subject to change, include:
