The East End Mushroom Company is celebrating their one-year anniversary at the Cutchogue location that is home to their grow room and retail space. On Saturday, March 19 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. a local chef will do a cooking demonstration using the Shiitake, Oyster, and Maitake mushrooms grown on the farm. All guests will enjoy a demo and free tastings, as well as a free Crimini OR Portobello mushroom (one per customer) with purchase!
