Aperitif Bistro Lounge Wine Bar will host a special tasting dinner on Thursday, February 25, beginning at 7 p.m., featuring Chef Julio Velasquez’s innovative cuisine paired with a special selection of wines from Opici Wines, a celebrated importer. A representative from Opici Wines will be on hand to explain the pairings in detail and answer any questions diners may have. Cost is $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
