Sag Harbor Partnership’s Party for the Cinema takes place in the Big Tent on Long Wharf in Sag Harbor right on the water, Sunday, July 16, from 5–8pm. An art auction conducted by Paddle 8 will take place from 2:00 –7:30pm at all local art galleries, including Sara Nightingale, Grenning, Romany Kramoris, Monika Olko, and Tulla Booth Galleries. A “Taste of Sag Harbor” with vendors from all local restaurants, wine courtesy of Bedell, Channing and Wolffer Vineyards, and Montauk’s Clamrake Lager are part of your ticket price. And the great HooDoo Loungers are back! as well as face painting for kids. Cinema T-shirts and hats will of course be available for sale!
This is a family-friendly event priced at only $50 per person, and $15 for children, to benefit the effort to save the Sag Harbor Cinema and establish the Sag Harbor Cinema Arts Center. Visit sagharborcinema.org for more details on this project and the events of the summer! Last year’s party was SOLD OUT, so please get your tickets soon. Extra donations to the Cinema effort are most welcome!
