Join Ramona’s Gift to Music for a night out, in support of aspiring music students from Copiague High School.
Saturday evening, April 1, 2017 from 6-9pm, enjoy a buffet dinner, full open bar and dance the night away in support of Ramona’s Gift to Music. There will also be a 50/50 and great raffle prizes. Money raised will go towards a scholarship fund for two graduating Copiague High School music students who will be studying music in college.
Ramona’s Gift to Music is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization created in memory of Ramona Cuellar Mangione, a Copiague High School graduate and later, teacher, who passed away at age 24. The first scholarship award in her name was granted in 1991. As the foundation grows, the award program is expected to expand outside of Copiague, supporting music students from other Long Island communities as well.
