Library Café is ringing in the New Year with a special celebration on Sunday, December 31. An open bar will be served from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., alongside a hot and cold buffet. Guests will be given party favors and offered a complimentary champagne toast at midnight. Cost is $60 per person, gratuity is not included.
