This Valentine’s Day, La Pulperia’s three locations offer a special 3-course menu which includes a complimentary glass of cava per person. Dishes include a choice of Pan-Seared Diver Scal-lops (Cape May diver scallops, fried plantains, chipotle hummus, avocado) or Rib Eye Tiradito (grass-fed rib eye, aji amarillo, pickled red cabbage, avocado) for First Course; Stuffed Skate wing (lump crab meat stuffed skate wing, caramelized carrot risotto, truffle aioli) or Grilled Rib eye (grilled grass-fed rib eye, oven roasted potatoes, baby arugula, chimichurri) for Second Course; and Mezcal Chocolate Mousse (caramel glaze, 24k Gold leaves, expresso soil, ha-zelnut toffee, dulce de leche ice cream) or Tres Leche Pisco Latte (pisco-infused tres leches cake, strawberry mousse, yogurt chantilly, lucuma ice cream) for Dessert.
