Nicholas Faraone’s father was a WWII tail gunner on a B-29 Super Fortress which crashed into the Pacific on November 8, 1944, when Nicholas was just a child. Using the internet, he was able to locate people who knew his father and add that to what he knew from his mother, piecing together a picture of a man he never knew. What he learned and the people he met, helped him fill the void in his father’s absence.
