Have you ever wondered what if might be like to grow up deaf or have a hearing loss in a world of fast changing technology, competitive educational tracks and bubbling, excitement and social events – only to be left out and unable to keep up with your peers?
“Silent NO MORE” is an evening at the theatre highlighting individuals with a hearing loss as they tell their stories about their experiences of growing up, going to school and working. Both poignant and funny, it will touch on both their struggles and successes.
There will be a Q&A discussion, followed by a reception. ASL interpreter and CART Captioning will be available. Join us for a collection of education, emotional, and inspiring life stories by individuals with a hearing loss.

“My son was in the production. My family attended. After the show and the next day, they apologized for not truly understanding until now the journey that my son and I went through. The show was groundbreaking in talking about the impact of deafness whether you sign or speak.” -Priscilla Autry
