The Southampton Hospital Foundation’s 58th Annual Summer Party will take place on Saturday, August 6th under the air-conditioned tents at the corner of Wickapogue and Old Town Road in Southampton.
Between 6:30pm and 11pm the tents will be completely transformed by the imagination and creativity of Laurence Scott Events who will also provide an elegant catered dinner. Music will be by Groove Society.
The festive evening, emceed by Chuck Scarborough, will benefit Southampton Hospital’s Jenny and John Paulson Emergency Department, which is the sole provider of emergency care on the South Fork, treating more than 25,000 people annually. In addition, guests will have access to an array of fabulous silent auction items, and a raffle featuring exciting prizes.
Southampton Hospital is recognized by the NYS Department of Health as a provisional Level III adult trauma center, the first one on Long Island’s East End. This designation enables the Hospital to provide care to the most critically injured patients. During the summer season when the regional population swells, it is even more critically important that trauma care be accessible close by. Faster treatment for trauma patients can mean the difference between life and death, so support for this essential service is vital.
Table sponsorships begin at $7,500 and tickets are $500 per person. To purchase tickets or for more information about Southampton Hospital’s 58th Annual Summer Party visit: www.southamptonhospital.org or contact Kathy Lucas, Director of Special Events at (631) 726-8700, Ext. 3.
