Mirabelle Restaurant at the Three Village Inn is proud to announce that beginning Friday, October 21st, Chef Guy Reuge will host “Tasting Fridays.” Each week, Chef will prepare a special seven-course tasting menu based on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Cost is $75 per person, $125 with wine pairings, plus tax and gratuity. Sample menu includes:
Roasted bacon-wrapped loin of rabbit with carrot emulsion
Raw hamachi, chilled fennel-carrot shooter, preserved lemon,
cold-pressed olive oil, Brittany salt, fennel salad
Pan-seared halibut, tomatillo salsa, creamy clam sauce,
butter poached ramp, fennel ragout
Pan-seared foie gras, cherries, toasted almonds, mache, Sherry vinegar
Pan-roasted Painted Hills Farm beef fillet, morel Port sauce,
leek potato cream, potato mille-feuille
Selection of three artisan cheeses
Sorbet
Special dessert selected by the chef
A nine-course tasting menu will be available every Saturday and Sunday. A minimum reservation of six diners is required. Cost is $95 per person, $150 with wine pairings, plus tax and gratuity.
