The Lung Cancer Research Foundation (LCRF) will host its Twelfth Annual Strides for Life on August 13, 2017. The event will include a three-mile run-walk and 50-yard dash for children around Lake Agawam in Southampton, NY.

The annual event helps increase lung cancer awareness and raises funds to benefit lung cancer research. To date, Strides for Life has raised more than $4.2 million in support of LCRF and its mission to improve and save lives by funding groundbreaking research for the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cure of lung cancer.

Participants are expected from the Hamptons community, tri-state area and beyond, and will include professional runners, first-time runners, teams, families, children and many other lung cancer supporters.

Registration for the three-mile run-walk: $55 ($25 for children 12 and under)
Registration for 50-yard dash (ages 2-10): Free
