The Aqua Run features an 800-meter swim* in South Oyster Bay and an eclectic three-mile run through Tobay Beach Bird and Game Sanctuary. Participate in the race on your own or be part of a two-person relay team.

After the race, join us for breakfast, an awards ceremony, and a morning of fun for the whole family.
The Greater Long Island Running Club (GLIRC) produces this race. With your registration, GLIRC will include a swim and run clinic and a personalized training plan.
