Hunt & Light
By Matthew Frazier
Matthew Frazier’s career began when he thought of his first poem in 1993 while washing the dishes at his home in New Paltz. With beauty and grace, he depicts everyday experiences that reflect his passion for life and for the complexity of the mundane. *****Original Message***** is Frazier’s first collection of poems and was published by East Hampton’s Hunt & Light. Frazier studied with Joyce Garvin and Marvin Bell at the University of Iowa Writers’ Workshop and lives with his wife Kimberly, two cats, two birds and a Puli. (They’re those dogs that look like Rastafarians.) Frazier works in special operations in Jersey City, NJ.
