Sitcoms We Love: Grace and Frankie, One Day at a Time & Disjointed

Let’s start with some well-known favorites, shall we? Grace and Frankie is alive, kicking and SAG Award nominated. The best friends (played by Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin) and their loved ones will face big changes related to health, relationships and business in Season 4. Drops Jan. 19

The reboot of the classic One Day at a Time was a hit last year. The Alvarez family and company return for more adventures at the end of the month. Drops Jan. 26

Disjointed returns with its second part this month with star Kathy Bates. Drops Jan. 12

Comedies from Across the Pond: End of the F***ing World & Lovesick

Netflix is a gateway to international television, especially with originals from U.K.’s Channel 4. Lovesick returns on the platform for the third season. Drops Jan. 1

If you’re hooked on that, check out The End of the F***king World. It’s similar in that it deals with adolescent struggles, but this one has a road trip mixed in. Drops Jan. 5

Animation Explosion: Trolls: The Beat Goes On & Devilman Crybaby

The network has been really good to animation lovers, and not just those looking to entertain the kids. Into anime? The Netflix original Devilman Crybaby is perfect. Drops Jan. 5

Those looking for some fun on a lazy Sunday morning should check out Trolls: The Beat Goes On. The show picks up where the movies left off, though without Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake. Drops Jan. 19

Live Laughs: Tom Segura: Disgraceful, Katt Williams: Great America & Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee

Jerry Seinfeld’s entertaining series, Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, moves from Crackle to a more popular home early in the month. Seinfeld picks up a celebrity in a cool car. They get coffee and hilarity ensues. How could it not with passengers like Kristen Wiig, Amy Schumer, Tina Fey and Barack Obama? You read that correctly. The former commander in chief took a ride in Season 7. Drops Jan. 5

It’s easy to be equally excited for stand-up specials from Tom Segura and Katt Williams. Drop Jan. 12 and Jan. 16 respectively

Movie Night: The Open House & Various Favorites

A ton of movies are coming to Netflix this month! Let’s start with the new original. The Open House stars 13 Reasons Why actor Dylan Minnette and Piercey Dalton. They play a mother and son who face threatening forces when they move into a new house. Drops Jan. 19

And start your year off right with some classics. Many of the Bring It On films will be available, including the beloved original with Kirsten Dunst. So will The Godfather series, various Batman films, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Caddyshack, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Wedding Crashers and Apollo 13. All titles drop Jan. 1
